Twirling down the dark

Dream spirits,

Lovely dreams,

They skate around temptation.

Sharp scratch of ice,

White skin gleaming

Until, luscious in desire,

They fall

Twirling down the dark.

Sweat!

Sweet!

Smell!

Slender!

Touch!

Sense!

Sounds!

And, winged by the moment,

Glide on high breezes

To see swollen lands

Too far to imagine.

Then, coming to earth,

Hold hands,

Hold hearts,

Sigh and lie content

Until I wake.
